REPORT OF THE BUILDING SUPERVISOR
We got our propane tank and generator.
We are just waiting for the electrician to come and hook it up.
We have been having trouble with the locks
on the building again so I was thinking maybe to get the keypad locks
Vojtowicz: The only trouble we have with
those locks are the duplicate keys. The original keys work just fine. We
need to contact the door company and see if we can get originals from them
and then we shouldn’t have a problem anymore.
ENVIROMENTAL REPORT
My commission from the Governor ran out
on ran out in September and I got put in on Monday for a 3 year extension.
The State water plant I received the 1st
draft and we expect to have the 1st draft completed for public review in
March and submitted to State committees for review. They are looking to
have the state water plan completed by August and approved by the governor
but it looks like the committees are going to ongoing forever. But the
State Water plan is coming into being and will be addressing many things,
one thing being floodplains, which we have down in Mineral Point and there
are going to be monies coming to areas with floodplains in the future.
And the Storm water assessment with the
county is coming along.
