Unknown resident: Asking the Township to buy pipe for him at our cost and then resell it to him.
Vojtowicz: We cannot do that. It is illegal for us to do that. We can tell you where we get it but we cannot buy it and then resell it to you.
Dave Davison: 911 have changed the radio frequency for the Fire Dep. and ours is up and running and seems to be working ok. I don’t know about the police station, but the police could not get out on the radio down in Mineral point.

Heiple stated that we have to issue Burns a check and then he can donate it to the Township.

REPORT OF THE ROADMASTER-Joe Peruso absent. Bob Spanko speaking.
There was a trailer on Rosedale Street that failed the sewage and no sand mound or holding tank. They can put in a holding tank but it would need to be pumped twice a month at the cost of $200 each time. So the owner got a hold of Bob Feathers Homes and they can move her trailer so she can hook into the sewage. And they need permission to use our berms to hook into sewage. It will be the homeowner’s responsibility to pay for the hook up and lines that need run, I also talked to Bob Ritchey and the sewage authority if we could get all the residents to tap in it would be cheaper. Russ, Bob Ritchey and I looked into this and we think that there are no problems with the homeowner taping in and using our berms.
I will let Joe do the rest when he comes back and we need to talk about getting paving Hinckston Run and Pudliner. It is our responsibility to help these people, not financially but anyway we can.
